For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
AMUSEMENT CENTER. The operation by any person, firm, partnership or corporation of six or more machines, for public use for a fixed sum of money, and upon the premises solely within one enclosure.
MACHINE. An amusement device of any of the following types:
(1) A contrivance, whether electrical or mechanical, including pinball machines, miniature pool tables, bowling machines, shuffle boards, rifle or gun ranges, miniature devices and games or amusements patterned after baseball, basketball, hockey, and similar games, foosball tables or T.V. electronic games and any other similar type equipment.
(2) Music boxes which are coin operated.
