The provisions of M.S. Chapter 340A, as it may be amended from time to time, relating to the definition of terms, licensing, consumption, sales, financial responsibility of licensees, hours and days of sale, and all other matters pertaining to the retail sale, production, distribution, and consumption of alcoholic beverages are adopted and made part of this chapter as if set out in full.
