§ 90.12 RELEASE OF DOG FROM DESIGNATED POUND.

Dogs or cats shall be released to their owners or persons previously in possession of them upon a sworn statement of ownership, proof that a license has been issued for the impounded dog, proof that rabies inoculation is current for a dog, and payment of impounding fees for the animal.
