§ 52.09 ADOPTION OF OFFICIAL FEE SCHEDULE.
   The City Council hereby adopts by reference an Official Fee Schedule as required pursuant to M.S. § 462.353. The Official Fee Schedule shall include all city license fees, user charges, and permit charges of the city. The Official Fee Schedule shall be amended from time to time on an annual basis as approved by the City Council.
