(A) Regular meetings. The Board shall hold regular meetings as it deems necessary for the transaction of its business, based upon a schedule on file in the Office of the City Clerk. All meetings of the Board shall be open to the public and held in accordance with the requirements of KRS 65.8815(5) and the Kentucky Open Meetings Act.
(B) Meetings other than those regularly scheduled shall be special meetings or emergency meetings held in accordance with the requirements of the Kentucky Open Meetings Act.
(C) All meetings and hearings of the Board shall be public meetings held in accordance with the requirements of KRS 65.8815(5) and the Kentucky Open Meetings Act.
(D) Quorum. A simple majority of the total membership of the Board shall constitute a quorum.
