(A) Any vacancy on the Board shall be filled by the Mayor, subject to approval of the Board of Commissioners, within 60 days of the vacancy. If the vacancy is not filled within that time period, the remaining Board members shall fill the vacancy. A vacancy shall be filled for the remainder of the unexpired term. The Mayor of Woodlawn shall fill any vacancy of its representative to the Board.
(B) A vacancy in the office of the Chairperson shall be filled by the Board, as needed.
