(A) The Officers of the Board shall consist of a Chairperson as elected annually by the Board and any other officers it deems necessary.
(1) Chairperson. The Chairperson shall preside at all meetings of the Board and shall be a full voting member of the Board. He or she shall call meetings of the Board when required. The Chairperson shall act as spokesman for the Board and shall have such other duties as are normally conferred on such officer by parliamentary procedure. In the absence of the Chair, the remaining members of the Board shall select a member to preside in place of and exercise the powers of the Chair.
