§ 32.303 COMPOSITION.

The Board shall consist of 5 members, who shall be citizens and residents of the City, who shall be appointed by the Mayor and ratified by the Board of Commissioners. It is recommended that the Board consist of, if possible, at least 1 horticulture professional, arborist or landscape professional, and a member from the City Planning and Zoning Commission.
