§ 91.35 SALE AND USE.
   (A)   Consumer fireworks may be offered for sale, at retail or wholesale, pursuant to the provisions of KRS 227.710 and KRS 227.715.
   (B)   Nothing herein shall limit the sale, use or discharge of fireworks as provided for in KRS 227.700 et seq.
