The City hereby institutes measures and regulations to promote fair treatment and equal opportunity in order to prevent discrimination in public accommodations, employment and housing against any person based upon race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age (40 years or older), disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or familial status, and creates policies and procedures for implementation of the same.
