Any person, firm, organization, or corporation who violates any of the provisions of this chapter or fails to obtain a requisite certificate of appropriateness shall, upon conviction be guilty, of a Class B misdemeanor in accordance with the Kentucky Revised Statutes for each lot or parcel which was the subject of sale or transfer, or a contract for sale or transfer.
