§ 118.50 CERTIFICATE.
   The license certificate or permit shall be issued by the Police Department and shall be 2 inches by 4 inches in size, and shall among other things, contain the full name of the person to whom issued, his or her address, age, physical description, photograph, license number and date of issue.
