(A) Every owner operating pedicabs in the City shall pay the regular occupational license fee as provided for in the code and, in addition thereto, shall pay an annual license fee of $25 for each vehicle, per year.
(B) The fee shall be due and payable on April 15 of each year and shall be for the period ending on June 30 of the following year. An owner commencing business after July 1 of any year shall be required to pay a pro rata portion of the fee computed upon the number of months remaining in the fee period; provided, however, that, no such fee shall be for less than a 6-month period.
