The licenses granted under this chapter to the owner and/or driver may be revoked and/or suspended, upon hearing, at any time by the License Inspector, if the vehicle shall be used for illegal purposes; if the driver of the vehicle shall be convicted of the violation of any city, county, state or federal law while operating a vehicle licensed herein; or, if the owner or driver shall violate any of the terms of this chapter.
