Upon request of the License Inspector or the Chief of Police, each owner or operator shall immediately furnish a list of all drivers employed or engaged by him or her, including his or her current address.
The licensee shall require all sub-contractors employed as drivers to maintain records for a period of 60 days of all persons transported and the time and place when such passengers are picked up and discharged.
The licensee shall further insure that all sub-contractors shall be at least 18 years of age and shall have registered with the Newport Police Department for the appropriate driving permit.
