Every pedicab operator, owner and driver shall keep a daily record of all calls made and the number of passengers transported, the time and place each passenger was secured and discharged, which records shall be kept by the owner or operator at his or her place of business for 60 days and same shall be subject to inspection by any police or other officer of the city at all times.
