§ 116B.99 PENALTY.

Any business entity or individual who shall violate the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor and be subject to penalties as provided in the Kentucky Revised Statutes and, in addition, shall be required to immediately register with Leads Online or be subject to further penalty.
