A fee of $500 must accompany any application for reinstatement of any rental dwelling license revoked or suspended. The reinstatement fee shall be in addition to the regular rental dwelling license fee imposed herein. Such fee however shall not apply to rental dwellings condemned because of destruction by an act of God or casualty for which the licensee is not responsible. The City Manager may, upon recommendation of the Director or his or her designee, waive the reinstatement fee or any portion thereof.
