§ 97.10 COOPERATIVE DISPOSAL AGREEMENT.
   The City has executed an inter-governmental cooperative agreement concerning the disposal and/or collection of solid waste, with the Campbell County Solid Waste Management Authority, a copy of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk and made a part hereof by reference.
