§ 94.03 JURISDICTION.
   The Community Services Department shall have exclusive control over the planting, setting out, removal, replacement, protection, and care of all public trees, shrubs and other vegetation within the applicable areas of the City. The City Arborist may be utilized in consultation with regard thereto.
