§ 93.81 INDEMNIFICATION.

Each owner of a newsrack within the public rights-of-way shall agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend the City, its officers, agents and/or employees, from any loss, liability or damage sustained by any person as a result of the placement or maintenance of any newsrack on a public sidewalk or or within the improved rights-of-way.
