§ 93.57 EMERGENCY REPAIRS.

In unforeseen emergencies or when the necessities of the public require, any person shall be allowed to make an opening for which a permit is required by this subchapter; provided, however, that, an application for the permit shall be made by the person not later than 10:00 a.m. on the next business day.
