(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be subject to citation before the Code Enforcement Board and all proceedings consistent therewith.
(B) The penalty for non-compliance with this chapter shall not be less than $100, nor more than $500, for each violation. If violation(s) exist in a dwelling, dwelling unit or rooming unit, as specified in § 90.01, each unit shall be deemed and considered a separate violation.
