(A) The applicant shall obtain all other permits or licenses that may be required from all City departments and outside agencies prior to the date of the parade, special event, or outdoor demonstration.
(B) In addition to the permit(s) issued pursuant to this subchapter any applicant receiving a permit for a festival to be conducted at the Riverfront Park area must also comply with the policies and procedures promulgated by the City Manager for such events.
