§ 72.55 PARKING CITATIONS ENFORCEMENT HEARING BOARD/OFFICERS.

All contested parking citations shall be heard by the City’s Parking Citations Enforcement Hearing Board, the Hearing Officers for which shall not exceed 2 in number and shall be appointed as such by Executive Order of the City Manager.
