§ 72.38 FREE USE FOR LOADING AND UNLOADING.
   (A)   The free use of parking spaces in meter zones for the loading or unloading of passengers shall not exceed 3 minutes.
   (B)   (1)   The free use of parking spaces in meter zones for the loading or unloading of merchandise shall be prohibited.
      (2)   All vehicles loading or unloading of passengers shall be centered as nearly as possible in a single metered space.
