§ 71.60 DESIGNATION.
   The Board of Commissioners may designate any street as a “one-way street” and to restrict or prohibit parking thereon. A sign or signs indicating the direction of traffic and parking restrictions, if any, shall be erected and maintained where the movement of traffic is restricted by this section.
