§ 71.48 RESPONSIBILITY OF CITY.
   Nothing contained in this subchapter shall be construed to require the City or any of its agencies, officers, agents or employees to construct, maintain or provide clearance for streets, alleys, or driveways of sufficient height or construction to allow the vehicles to operate thereon and thereover.
