(A) No person shall operate upon any street any motor truck, semi-trailer, tractor trailer, mobile home, motor home or any other vehicle unless same shall be equipped with rubber pneumatic tires, and with brakes of sufficient design and character, and in proper working order, so that they can control and properly slow down and bring to a complete stop any such motor truck, semi-trailer, truck tractor, trailer, mobile home, motor home or any other vehicle.
(B) Each shall be equipped with lights and other safety devices provided for by law.
