§ 71.28 EMERGING FROM ALLEYS OR DRIVEWAYS.
   No operator of a vehicle emerging from an alley, driveway or building shall drive upon the sidewalk or crosswalk area without first bringing the vehicle to a full stop immediately prior to entering upon the sidewalk or crosswalk area.
