§ 70.20 PLAYING IN STREETS.
   (A)   All persons shall be prohibited from playing in the street.
   (B)   No person upon roller skates, skateboard, scooter, roller blades or riding in or by means of any coaster or similar device shall go upon any street other than a street designated closed or while using a crosswalk.
   (C)   No person shall play ball upon any street.
