§ 37.020 ESTABLISHMENT; ADMINISTRATION.

The City elects to establish a program for the granting of property assessment on reassessment moratoriums for qualifying units of real property located in the City. Administration of the program shall be governed pursuant to the provisions of KRS Chapter 99 and KRS Chapter 132, as may be amended.
