§ 32.256 MEETINGS.
   (A)   Regular meetings. The Commission shall hold regular meetings as it deems necessary for the transaction of business and shall notify the City Clerk of when such shall be held at least 7 days prior thereto. All meetings of the Commission shall be open to the public.
   (B)   Quorum. A simple majority of the total membership of the Commission shall constitute a quorum.
