The Board shall have all powers, duties and authority granted by state statute and those granted it by the code of ordinances by the City. It shall also act as the Variance and Appeal Board for all matters with regard to variance and appeals procedures from the Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance adopted within Chapter 152 hereof.
