(A) The Board of Commissioners may create ad hoc committees to assist in the conduct of the operation of the City government with such duties as the Board of Commissioners may specify which are not inconsistent with this code.
(B) Membership and selection of members of any ad hoc committees shall be as provided by the Board of Commissioners, if not otherwise specified and set forth within this code.
(C) The Board of Commissioners may remove any member of any ad hoc committee which it has created, by a vote of at least a majority of the entire Board of Commissioners, unless otherwise provided by ordinance or statute.
