§ 30.061 WAIVER/SUSPENSION OF RULES.
   (A)   The procedural rules set forth herein may be waived or suspended by a majority vote of the Board of Commissioners present at any meeting.
   (B)   If the rules are waived or suspended, the Board of Commissioners shall then decide the procedure to follow in lieu of the waived or suspended rules.
