§ 30.059 ORDINANCE PASSAGE PROCEDURE AND PUBLICATION.
   (A)   When passed by the Board of Commissioners, an ordinance shall be signed by the Mayor and be attested by the City Clerk.
   (B)   The ordinance shall be preserved by the City Clerk and published as required by law and shall be effective upon publication and in the case of an emergency, shall become effective upon passage.
