§ 30.058 MAJORITY VOTE REQUIRED.
   (A)   An affirmative vote of at least a majority of the Board of Commissioners present is required to pass an ordinance.
   (B)   Each member shall respond with either “yes”, “no” or “abstain”, when voting.
   (C)   A tie vote on any motion shall be considered as lost.
