The City Manager or designee shall cause to be prepared and furnish each member of the Board of Commissioners, the City Solicitor, the Chief of Police, any other necessary department head and the media, with a copy of any meeting agenda at least 24 hours prior to any meeting of the Board of Commissioners and, under normal circumstances, by the close of business on the Friday preceding regular and caucus meetings.
