§ 30.010 MAYOR PRO TEM.

The Board of Commissioners, at the commencement of its term of office, by a majority vote, shall elect 1 Commissioner to act as Mayor Pro Tem. The Mayor Pro Tem shall be vested with all the powers and perform all the duties of the Mayor in the event of the Mayor's disability or temporary absence from the City. The title and use of the term Vice Mayor shall be synonymous herewith.
