§ 30.009 DUTIES OF THE MAYOR.
   The Mayor shall be recognized as the official head of the City for ceremonial purposes and shall preside at all meetings of the Board of Commissioners and perform such other ministerial duties as may be directed by the Board of Commissioners or as prescribed by ordinance and the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
