§ 30.007 GOVERNING BODY ESTABLISHED.
   The governing body of the City shall consist of a Mayor and 4 Commissioners, collectively known as the Board of Commissioners, as provided for by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky for cities of the Home Rule Class.
