1-3-3: INFRACTIONS:

Any person who is convicted of an offense defined by either section 18-111 of the Idaho Code or by any section of this Code as an infraction shall be guilty of an infraction and shall be punished in accordance with section 18-113A of the Idaho Code. (Ord. 355, 1-17-2017)
