Should it be necessary to enforce any provisions of this Chapter, all costs incurred shall be borne by the property owner, tenant or occupant, jointly or severally. Costs shall include costs of notice, removal, repair, cleaning, court costs and attorney fees. (Ord. 133, 7-2-1979, eff. 7-12-1979)
