(A) All minimum monthly charges for water and sewer, all bond redemption fees for sewer and water and all other water and sewer charges, shall be set by a resolution of the New Plymouth City Council and shall be paid in accordance with the terms of the resolution.
(B) Water and sewer fees shall not apply to vacant or abandoned lots which do not have or have not had an existing water meter.
(C) Connections to City water shall not be made to property or buildings erected on property outside the City limits. (Ord. 364, 9-18-2017)
