All premises using City water must be equipped with an adequate water meter which will be furnished by the City upon payment of those installation charges established by resolution by the New Plymouth City Council.
All meters shall be installed under the direction of the Superintendent and subject to his approval. The Superintendent shall have access to any building at any reasonable hour for the purpose of inspection of any part of the water system. (Ord. 364, 9-18-2017)
