8-3-30: BINDING EFFECT:

This franchise shall be binding upon the heirs, assigns and successors of the grantee. All terms of this chapter shall be binding upon any service provider so long as that provider engages in solid waste disposal within the city limits. (Ord. 399, 12-3-2019)
