2-3-11: LIMITATION OF NUMBER OF BOOKS:
The City Council specifically reserves the right to limit by regulation or rule, the number of books that an individual or family can remove from the library at any given time. Such a regulation or rule shall have the same force and effect as the implementing ordinance would have if the limitations were set out herein.
