The Board of Health, or any member or members delegated therefrom, shall have power to examine private premises, as well as public, in the interest of the health of the City, and, if deemed necessary by said Board, to cause any and all premises, buildings, or other place or places, to be cleaned or disinfected, or both; and to adopt and enforce rules and regulations of a sanitary character that may be deemed necessary. They shall have such power and authority as is delegated by the laws of the State of Idaho to the Boards of Health of like degree.
