1-23-1: CREATION; POWERS:
   (A)   The City does hereby create and with this chapter does create a public corporation to carry out the purposes of the Act. This chapter will not be construed to limit or restrict the purposes of the Act, but shall be liberally construed to affect such purposes.
   (B)   The name of the public corporation shall be the New Plymouth Industrial Development Corporation (the "corporation"). (Ord. 157, 6-6-1983)
